To strengthen its organisational operations, research activities, knowledge development, public engagement and strategic initiatives, ECRC Malaysia operates through six specialised divisions:

  1. ECRC Academy - Focused on education, professional development, training and knowledge enhancement in cartography, geospatial research and related fields.

  2. ECRC Portfolio - Responsible for managing ECRC Malaysia’s research projects, professional works, publications and organisational achievements.

  3. ECRC Gallery - Dedicated to the preservation, curation and public presentation of cartographic heritage, historical maps, research findings and visual documentation.

  4. ECRC STEM - Plays a pivotal role in advancing cartographic and geospatial research through scientific innovation, technological integration, engineering applications and mathematical analysis.

  5. ECRC Cartography Rangers - Serving as the field research and exploration division, focusing on cartographic surveys, geographical exploration, historical research, field documentation and geospatial investigations.

  6. ECRC CSR - Leading ECRC Malaysia’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, community engagement, educational outreach, heritage awareness and social impact programmes.
